What the prototype keeps
Finder, assistant and enquiry drafts remain in the current browser session’s memory. They are not sent to a NRIHero backend, securely stored or recoverable after the session ends.
Only non-sensitive country, language and display preferences may be remembered on your device. No live analytics are installed in this UI demonstration.
What to leave out
Do not enter passport, PAN or Aadhaar numbers, passwords, OTPs, bank details, confidential case files or detailed medical records. No actual sensitive uploads are accepted in the preview.
Continuing on WhatsApp
A contact link opens WhatsApp with a concise draft in the URL. Review the text and choose whether to send it. WhatsApp then handles the message through its own service and policies. The prototype does not confirm receipt or create a case.
Before a production launch
The operator must confirm actual collection purposes, retention, legal bases where relevant, service providers, access controls, deletion processes and cross-border handling. This draft does not claim those systems are implemented.
